Return and Exchange Policy: 1- The consumer has the right to exchange the product presented to him by the store within two days from the date of receiving the product. 2- To exchange the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety. 3- The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to exchange the product, and in international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company, and if there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. Return Policy: 1- The consumer has the right to return the product presented to him by the store within one day from the date of receiving the product. 2- To return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety. 3- The consumer bears the costs associated with the return process, and in the case of international returns, the consumer bears all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company, and if there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
